RentPro is an all-in-one property management app for independent landlords and small property managers. It replaces the spreadsheets and text messages you use to track rent, tenants, maintenance, and expenses with a single app on iOS and Android, plus a companion tenant portal.

Is RentPro good for small or independent landlords?

Yes. RentPro is built specifically for landlords who manage their own units rather than enterprise portfolios. There are no onboarding calls or data migrations — you add your properties and tenants, and rent records generate automatically every month.

Is RentPro free to download?

Yes — download the app free on iOS or Android. Premium features are available through an in-app subscription, managed through your App Store or Google Play account.

How do tenants pay rent online?

You connect a Stripe account inside RentPro, and tenants pay through their portal. Card details go directly to Stripe — RentPro never sees or stores them — and payments reconcile against the tenant's rent records automatically.

Does RentPro send automatic rent reminders?

Yes. RentPro can automatically remind tenants by push notification and email when rent is due soon or overdue, so you spend less time chasing payments. Reminders are opt-in and configurable in Settings.

Can tenants submit maintenance requests?

Yes. Tenants submit maintenance requests with photos from the tenant portal, and they arrive in your work order list where you can set priorities and due dates, assign a vendor, and turn a finished job into an expense record.

Which platforms does RentPro run on?

RentPro is available for iPhone on the App Store and Android on Google Play. Your data syncs across devices through your account.

Can I export my data for taxes or my accountant?

Yes — RentPro has built-in export for properties, tenants, transactions, work orders, and reports as CSV or PDF, so your records are always yours and ready to hand to an accountant.
